Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of svgcutter.com (the "Service"), operated by PWNSware LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SVGCutter converts raster images (PNG, JPG, WebP, BMP, GIF, TIFF) into vector SVG or DXF files optimized for craft cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette, and Brother ScanNCut. The Service is provided on a per-image, pay-as-you-go basis.

Pricing and Payment

  • Each image conversion costs $1.00 USD.
  • You can preview the conversion result before paying.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • No account, subscription, or recurring charges are required.
  • All sales are final, except as described in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

If your SVG does not work for your intended project, email us at contact@pwnsware.com with your payment receipt and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Your Images

  • You retain all rights to the images you upload.
  • You represent that you have the right to use any image you upload — do not upload images you do not own or have permission to use.
  • Uploaded images and generated files are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) and then automatically deleted.
  • We do not claim any ownership of your images or the resulting SVG files.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service itself

Output Quality

SVG conversion quality depends on the source image. We optimize output for craft cutting machines, but we cannot guarantee that every converted file will cut perfectly on every machine and material combination. We recommend testing with a scrap piece of material before committing to a full project.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWNSware LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or materials, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

The SVGCutter name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of PWNSware LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
